| 摘 要： | 目的 :寻找一种治疗周围神经损伤的新方法。方法 :对 76例 91条神经损伤的病例分别采用自体深筋膜包裹神经断端和神经外膜缝合的方法进行修复 ,并对其治疗结果进行观察与分析。结果 :应用自体深筋膜包裹神经断端方法修复的周围神经 ,功能恢复良好 ,优良率为 87.1 %;神经外膜缝合方法修复的周围神经优良率为 75 .7%,两种方法优良率比较差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :采用自体深筋膜包裹神经断端修复周围神经损伤疗效满意

Pack the Nerve Stoma with Self-deep Fascia to Repair Peripheral Nerve Injury |

| Abstract: | Objective:To find out a new method to treat the peripheral nerve injury. Methods:76 cases(91 nerves) were repaired with packing the break of the injured peripheral nerves using the self deep fascia and suture of epineurium,respectively.The effects of treatment were evaluated. Results:Using the former method to restore the injured peripheral nerve ,the functional restoration of the injured peripheral nerve was well, excellent and good rate was 87.1%,the rate of latter was 75.7%.The difference was significant ( P <0.05). Conclusions:It has satisfactory outcome to pack the stoma of the injured peripheral nerve with self deep fascia. |
