电针联合超激光治疗颈性眩晕随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察电针联合超激光治疗颈性眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将117例患者按随机数字表方法随机分三组。电针组40例天柱、百劳、百会、风池、晕听区,1次/d。超激光组38例超激光疼痛治疗仪,B型探头照射双侧风池穴,SG探头照射星状神经节,1次/d。电针加超激光组39例电针及超激光治疗,1次/d。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]电针组治愈23例,好转12例,无效5例,总有效率85.70%。超激光组治愈20例,好转11例,无效7例,总有效率81.00%。电针加超激光组治愈27例,好转10例,无效2例,总有效率94.80%。临床疗效电针加超激光组显著优于电针组、超激光组(P<0.05)。[结论]电针加超激光治疗颈性眩晕有效性、协同性和可重复性好,是治疗颈性眩晕临床新疗法。

Electro-acupuncture combined with Super Laser Treatment the Cervical Vertigo Random Control Study

[Objective]The observation of electro-acupuncture combined with super laser treatment of cervical vertigo.[Methods]Randomized controlled,117 patients were randomly divided into three groups according to the random number table method.Electro-acupuncture group,40 patients Tianzhu,hundreds of labor,Baihui,the wind pool,halo listening area,once/day.The super laser group,38 cases of super laser pain treatment,the the probe B irradiation bilateral Fengchi the SG probe irradiated stellate ganglion,once / day.The the EA plus super laser group 39 cases of EA and super laser treatment,once/day.Continuous treatment 10d for a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment course,to determine efficacy.[Results]The EA group cured 23 cases,12 cases improved,and 5 cases ineffective,the total effective rate of 85.70%.The super laser group,20 cases were cured,improved in 11 cases,7 cases ineffective,the total effective rate of 81.00%.EA plus super laser group,27 cases were cured,10 cases improved,2 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 94.80%.The clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus super laser group was significantly better than the EA group,super laser group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]EA plus super laser treatment of cervical vertigo validity the interoperability and repeatability,is the treatment of cervical vertigo new clinical therapy.
