| 摘 要： | 目的 观察内皮素转换酶和主要的内皮素降解酶ＮＥＰ对豚鼠气管上皮细胞培养上清液内上素－１（ＥＴ－１）浓度的影响。方法 无菌条件下取豚鼠气管，并用Ｓｃｒａｐｅｒ机械轻刮下上皮细胞，在５％ＣＯ２ ３７℃ＤＭＥＭ／Ｆ１２培养液中培养，不加或分别按０．１ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ浓度加入中性肽链内切酶－内皮素转换酶双重抑制剂Ｐｈｏｓｐｈｏｒａｍｉｄｏｎ和中性肽链内切酶抑制剂Ｔｈｉｏｒｐｈａｎ继续培养１０小时。收集上清液，
