血必净注射液对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗影响的观察

目的观察血必净注射液对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的影响，探讨其对2型糖尿病的辅助治疗效果。方法120例2型糖尿病患者，随机分为治疗组及对照组，两组患者按病情给予胰岛素治疗，治疗组给予血必净注射液120ml／d，治疗4周后，观察两组患者胰岛素用量变化及胰岛素抵抗指数变化。结果治疗开始前，治疗组每日应用胰岛素平均量28U，胰岛素抵抗指数为6．63，对照组胰岛素平均用量为29U，胰岛素抵抗指数为6．74，两组间无显著差异（P〉0．05），治疗2周后，治疗组胰岛素平均量为20U，对照组为28U，治疗组少于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗组胰岛素抵抗指数为4．36，对照组胰岛素抵抗指数为6．57，治疗组低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论血必净注射液能够减少2型糖尿病患者胰岛素用量，降低胰岛素抵抗指数，发挥对2型糖尿病的辅助治疗作用。
