慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者社会支持与自我效能的相关性研究

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者社会支持和自我效能的水平，并检测两者的关系。方法采用社会支持评定量表和慢性阻塞性肺疾病自我效能量表（CSES），对102例COPD患者进行问卷调查，并分析两者的相关性。结果患者自我效能总分及各维度得分与社会支持总分及3个维度均偏低，并且两者呈正相关，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论社会支持与自我效能密切相关，增加社会支持能够增强患者的自我效能，自我效能的增加也能提高患者对社会支持的利用，从而促进患者的健康。

The correlation of social support and self-efficacy in Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To explore the COPD patients' social support and self-efficacy levels, and to analyze the relationship between them. Methods The Social Support Rating Scale and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Self-Efficacy Scale (CSES) were used in this study. One hundred and two cases of COPD completed the study questionnaire and the correlation between the two variables was analyzed. Results The patient self-efficacy dimension scores and total score and the total score and its three dimensions of social support were all low. The result showed a positive correlation the two variables (P <0. 01). Conclusions Self-efficacy is closely related to social support. Increasing social support can enhance patient's self-efficacy, which also can improve the patient' s use of social support, thereby contributing to the patients healthy.
