| 摘 要： | 目的探讨复杂性肾结石术后并发症的原因及防治措施.方法回顾性分析29例患者的取石方法及引流情况,评估发生并发症的可能原因及术后采用的治疗方法.结果29例中发生大出血6例,尿漏11例,肾盂内粘连梗阻9例,急性肾衰3例,其中7例非手术治疗,22例再次手术,均治愈出院.结论盲目取石,操作粗暴,肾盂、肾内粘连广泛损伤,引流不妥或引流不畅,可能是发生上述并发症的原因. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the causes,prevention and cure of complications after nephrolithotomy for com-plex renal calculi.Methods:Clinical data of29cases,which included methods of nephrolithotomy and drainage,were retrospectively analyzed,and the possible causes of complications and postoperative treatment were alse evalu-ated.Result:Severe bleeding occurred in6cases of29cases,urinary leakage in11cases calyx and pelvis atresia in9cases,and acute renal failure3cases.All patients were cured by non-surgical treatment in7cases and by re-operation in22cases before leaving hospital.Conclusion:The possible causes of the complications mentioned above include blind nephrolithotomy,rough operation,severe injure of kidney and improper or incorrect drainage. |
