甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病的临床诊治分析

目的总结和分析甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病的临床诊治特点。方法回顾性分析72例甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病的临床资料。结果甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病占同期住院甲状腺功能亢进患者的21．3％，主要表现为心律失常，其占全部甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病的87．5％，其次为心脏增大、心力衰竭和心绞痛分别为41．7％、13．9％和2．8％。甲亢性心脏病的误诊率为16．7％。经抗甲亢和对症治疗后，甲亢性心脏病治愈64例，临床好转6例，死亡2例。结论年轻和早期甲亢性心脏病的患者，经适当治疗后可完全治愈，年老及病程长者预后不良。早期诊断、避免误诊、合理治疗是甲亢性心脏病治愈的关键。

Analysis of diagnosis and treatment on patients with hyperthyroid heart disease
