| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑电图(EEG)在癫痫和癔病中的鉴别诊断价值。方法：选择癫痫50例，癔病30例进行EEG描记分析。结果：癔痫组异常发生率76％，癔病组异常发生率3．33％，癫痫病人EEG有明显的特异波形，可出现棘波、尖波、棘-慢波综合、尖-慢波综合。癔病组EEG无明显改变。结论：EEG对于癫痫与癔病的鉴别可提供重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore value of EEG in differential diagnosis between epilepsy and hysteri-a. Methods: EEG was analysed in 50 patients with epileps and 30 patients with hysteria. Results: abnormal rate of EEG in patients with epilepsy was 76 % , patients with hysteria were 3.33 % . There were obvious abnormal wave in EEG of patients with epilepsy, them were spike wave, sharp wave, spike-slow wave and sharp-slow wave. There were not obvious changes in patients with hysteria. Conclusion: EEG was clinical valuable in differential diagnosis between epilepsy and hysteria. |
