免钉合补片腹腔镜疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝120例临床疗效观察

目的探讨免钉合补片腹腔镜疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的120例成人腹股沟疝患者的临床资料，按治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组各60例，治疗组采用免钉合补片腹腔镜疝修补术进行治疗，对照组采用传统的腹腔镜全腹膜外补片修补术，比较两组患者的手术情况和术后并发症发生情况。结果治疗组的手术时间、术后住院时间均显著短于对照组（P〈0．05），术中出血量和手术平均费用也低于对照组，但差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；术后并发症发生率为3．33％，显著低于对照组的的13．33％（P〈0.05），主要的并发症有术后阴囊血清肿、手术区积液、复发等。结论免钉合补片腹腔镜疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝显著缩短手术时间和术后住院时间，平均费用较低、术后并发症的发生率低。

The observation of the clinical efficacy for free stapled patch laparoscopic hernia repair in the treatment of 120 cases of adult inguinal hernia

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy for free stapled patch laparoscopic hernia repair in the treatment of 120 cases of adult inguinal hernia. Methods The clinical data of 120 adult patients admitted to our hospital with ingninal hernia treatment was retrospectively analyzed. According to the treatment ways, they were divided into the treatment group and the control group, and 60 patients in each group. The treatment group was taken with free stapled patch laparoscopic hernia repair for treatment. The control group was taken with traditional laparoscopic extraperitoneal mesh repair surgery. The surgery situation and postoperative complications for the two groups were compared. Results The operative time, postoperative hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）. The blood loss and surgery average cost of the treatment group was less than the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. The occurrence rate of postoperative complications of the treatment group was 3.33%, significant lower than the complication rate of the control group of 13.33%（P〈0.05）, the main symptoms were concurrent scrotal seroma after surgery, district effusion and recurrence. Conclusion The free staplecl patch laparoscopic hernia repair can significantly shorten the operation time and postoperative hospitalization time, the lower the average cost of the low incidence of postoperative complications.
