超声显微镜技术评定粥样硬化组织声学特性的研究

摘    要:
尸检获取人主动脉壁正常及粥样硬化斑块处标本,100个区域,206块。利用超声显微镜技术对正常内膜组(N),脂肪沉积组(F),纤维化组(FS)及钙化组(CA)进行超声显微镜成像,同时测量各组的声学指标-超声传导速度(Vs)值。结果显示:超声显微镜能清晰显示主动脉壁正常及病理改变时各层次结构,定量测定Vs值时,F组较N组显著减低(P<0.001),FS组及CA组较N组显著增高。提示:组织的病理成份改变对声学参数产生明显影响

Abstract:
One hundred areas and 206 atheroma plaque specimens of aortic wall obtained at autopsy were prepared for acoustic microscopy imaging and measuring the propagation of ultrasound velocity(Vs).4 histological categories were devided:normal aortic intima(N),fatty plaques(F),fibrous plaques(FS),and calcified plaques(CA).The results show that acoustic microscopy can clearly image the structure of normal aortic wall and atheroma plaques.The Vs of F was significantly smaller than N(P<0 001),while the Vs of FS and CA were significantly larger than N(P<0 001).We therefore considered that Vs was significantly affected by pathological atherosclerotic change.
