兰州市大学生课外体育活动的现状与对策

目的了解兰州市大学生课外体育活动的现状，为提出相关对策提供依据。方法通过问卷调查和个别访谈，对兰州市大学生参加课外体育活动的态度、动机、项目、频度、组织形式、体育消费、高校的体育场馆、师资等方面进行分析。结果有效问卷1128份（男763、女365）。兰州市大学生对课外体育活动的动机是健康积极的；喜欢和比较喜欢的占77.04％，体育活动的项目主要有羽毛球（52.48％）、乒乓球（52.13％）、蓝球（35.90％）、排球（30.76％）等学生喜欢教师指导与自由活动结合的组织形式（56.82％）。场地器材和无人组织、指导是制约课外体育活动开展的主要因素。结论学校应加大体育设施硬件投资和加强学生课外体育活动的组织工作，调动学生积极参加课外体育活动。

Status and Countermeasures of Extracurricular Sports Activities among College Students in Lanzhou City

[Objective] To understand current status of extracurricular sports activities among college student, and provide evidence for developing related countermeasure.[Methods] Attitude, motivation, project, frequency, forms of organization, sports consumption, the college stadiums and teachers of extracurricular sports activities were analyzed through questionnaire and individual interviews.[Results] A total of 1128 questionnaires were valid （male 763, female 365）. Students＇motivations towards extra-curricular activities are healthy and positive. 77. 04% of students like or relatively like sports activities. Main sports are badminton （52.48%）, table tennis （52.13%）, basketball （35.90%）, volleyball （30.76%）, and some students favorite free activities with the guidance of teachers （56.82%）. The major factors that restrict extracurricular sports activities were lack of space, equipment, guide and organization. [Conclusion] The school should increase investment in sports facilities and hardware, enhance organization of extracurricular activities, and mobilize students to actively participate in extra curricular sports.
