| 摘 要： | 背景]分析延边地区喉癌的发病诱因.病例报告]对延边地区336例喉癌患者病案资料进行回顾性分析,结果示平均发病年龄为59岁;朝鲜族与汉族男性发病率之比为1∶0.72,女性之比为1∶9.75;朝鲜族男女发病率之比为42.5∶1,汉族男女之比为3.15∶1;336例中吸烟者为320例(95.2%),有饮酒嗜好者为285例(84.8%).讨论]喉癌的发病诱因具有多元性特点,且以吸烟及饮酒因素为主.

| Abstract: | BACKGROUNDTo analyze the pathogenic predisposing cause of 336 cases of larynx cancer in Yanbian area.CASE REPORTSThe records of 336 cases of larynx cancer were reviewed and analyzed.The average age was 58 in cases of larynx cancer.For male,the ratio of Korean-Chinese nationality and Han nationality was 1∶0.72,and for female,that was 1∶9.75;for Korean-Chinese nationality,the ratio of male and female was 425∶1,and for Han nationality,that was 3.15∶1.In the 336 cases,320 cases(95.2%) were smoking,and 285 cases(84.8%) were drinking.DISCUSSIONThe pathogenic predisposing cause of larynx cancer were multiple factors,and smoking and drinking were the main factors. |
