| 摘 要： | 目的分析不同术式治疗腰椎管狭窄症伴腰推失稳的适应证和临床疗效。方法对2002年1月-2007年12月分别采用了不同术式治疗的腰椎管狭窄症伴腰椎失稳的48例作回顾性分析。结果应用椎弓根螺钉内固定加后路椎体间植骨融合（PLIF）22例,应用椎弓根螺钉内固定加经椎间孔椎体间植骨融合（TLIF）6例,应用椎弓根螺钉内固定加后外侧植骨融合（PLF）10例,应用椎弓根螺钉内固定加椎间融合器（Cage）行椎间融合2例,单纯减压术8例。术后临床疗效皆达到优良。并发症3例（6.25%）。结论全面分析患者的综合情况而运用不同术式,都能得到良好治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess surgical treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis associated with unstable degeneration. Methods 48 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis associated with unstable degeneration treated by different operations during Jan 2002 to Dec 2007 were analyzed. Results Besides 3 cases （6.25%）, all patients treated by different operations,including PLIF in 22, TLIF in 6, PLF in 10, trans-pedicle internal fixation with Cage in 2 and decompression in 8, obtained excellent and good results. Conclusion Different operation based on analysis of condition of every patient can obtain excellent result. |
