舒适护理模式在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术围手术期护理中的应用价值

目的探讨舒适护理模式在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术护理中的应用价值。方法按入院先后顺序将100例腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者随机分为对照和观察两组各50例;对照组采用常规护理,观察组进行术前自行设计的问卷调查,根据调查结果在常规护理基础上依据患者情况实施舒适护理;对两组患者的焦虑情况、舒适度、患者对护理工作的满意度等指标进行分析比较。结果观察组患者的焦虑情况评分[(40.6±4.0)分]明显低于对照组[(48.6±4.2)分],患者的舒适度及对护理工作满意度评分[(92.1±5.3)分和97.6%],亦高于对照组[(78.6±5.2)分和76.5%],组间差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能够改善腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的焦虑情况,提高患者舒适度及对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

The application value of comfort care model in laparoscopic myomectomy care

Objective To explore the application value of comfort care model in laparoscopic myomectomy care. Methods According to the order of admission,100 patients of laparoscopic myomectomy were randomly divided into the control and the observation groups （n= 50 ）. The control group was given normal care, Preoperative observation group were self-designed questionnaire, then, according to the findings in routine care, based on the patient＇s condition was im- plemented based on comfort care. All clinical parameters are observed and analyzed including anxiety, comfort, satisfac- tion with care,etc. Results Anxiety score of the observation group （40. 6±4. 0） points is significantly lower than the control group （48. 6±4. 2） points, and patient comfort and nursing job satisfaction score in the observation group （92.1 ±5.3） points and 97.6% higher than control group （78. 6±5.2） points and 76.5% ,the difference was statistically sig- nificant between groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort care can improve laparoscopic uterine fibroids eliminate surgery in patients with anxiety, improve patient comfort and care and job satisfaction, worthy of promotion.
