老年人高尿酸血症与高血压病相关性分析

目的探讨老年人高尿酸血症与高血压病的相关性。方法选取北京丰台医院2007年1月~2008年10月正常体检者408例,其中高尿酸血症患者208例(高尿酸血症组),尿酸正常者200例(对照组)。随访5年后分析血尿酸与高血压患病率是否有相关性。结果对两组人群随访5年,高尿酸血症组高血压患病率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论老年高尿酸血症组高血压患病率高于对照组,老年高尿酸血症是导致高血压病的危险因素之一。

An analysis of correlation between hyperuricemia and hypertension in elderly patients

Objective To investigate the correlation of elderly hypertensive disorders and hyperuricemia. Methods 408 normal controls were studied from January 2007 to October 2008. The persons were divided into elevated blood uric acid group （n = 208） with the levels of serum uric acid （HUA） and uric acid in normal group （n = 200） （NC）. Two groups of patients were followed up for 5 year, the HUA level, risk factors for hypertension were analyzed. Results Two groups of patients were followed up for 5 years, the rate of incidence of HUA group were higher than the NC group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The incidence of hypertension is elevated in elderly patients with hyperuricemia than NC ,the serrum uric acid level of the elderly is an independent risk factor of hypertension.
