解尿支原体感染与男性不育

目的了解解尿支原体(Uu)感染对男性不育的影响。方法将597例受检者分为不育组443例与生育组154例,比较2组Uu感染的阳性率,同时对不育组Uu阳性者和生育组Uu阴性者按WHO推荐的方法和标准检查精液量、精子密度、活动力、精子活动率、pH值、精子畸形率等。结果Uu感染率不育组(47.2%)明显高于生育组,精液质量不育组Uu阳性者和生育组Uu阴性比较有显著性差异。结论Uu感染对男性不育有重要影响,将精液Uu检测列为不育男性精液检查的常规项目是很有必要的。

Relationship between infection of mycoplasma urealytium and female sterility

Objective It is to explore the effect of mycoplasma urealytium(Uu) infection on male sterility.Methods 597 people accepted examination were divided into sterility group 443 cases and procreation group 154 cases.The positive rate of Uu infection between the two groups was compared.Semen quantity and pH,density,activity,motoricity rate and malformation rate of sperm were determined by the method and standard recommended by WHO in sterility group with Uu positive and in procreation group with Uu negative.Results Infection rate of Uu in sterility group(47.2%) was obviously higher than that in procreation group.There was a significant difference in semen quality between sterility group with Uu positive and procreation group with Uu negative.Conclusion Uu infection has an important effect on male sterility, so it is necessary to make Uu determination in semen as the normal item of semen examination for male sterility.
