| 摘 要： | 实验显示葛根黄豆苷元（ＤＺ）能够显著延长常压缺氧小鼠及ＫＣＮ，ＮａＮＯ２中毒小鼠的存活时间，同时，ＤＺ能够显著延长急性脑缺血小鼠的存活时间及双侧颈总动脉结扎小鼠的存活时间（Ｐ＜００１）． |

| Abstract: | The prolongation of the survival time by Daidzein(DZ,25,50 mg/kg,ip) was observed in mice subjected to normobaric hypoxia and histotoxic anoxia induced by KCN and NaNO 2.Furthermore,it was found that the persistent time of gasping in mice by decapitation and the survival time of mice by bilateral carotid artery ligation were much longer in the group treated with DZ than that in vehicle group( P <0 01). |
