黄连消渴颗粒提取工艺的研究

摘    要:
目的优化黄连消渴颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以浸膏收率及总多糖含量为评价指标,对影响黄连消渴颗粒提取工艺的因素进行研究。结果浸泡60min、加6倍量水、煎煮1次、煎煮1.5h为最佳提取工艺。结论优选得到的工艺稳定可行。

Abstract:
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of "Huanglian Xiaoke Granule".Methods Factors of the extraction technology were studied by orthogonal experimental design.The index was the yielding rate of extraction and the content of total polysaccharides in the extract.Result The optimum extracting technology was that herbs were soaked for 1h,and were decocted for 1.5h just one time,adding 6 times amount of water.Conclusion The optimized technology is stable and highly efficient.
