小儿急性肾衰血液透析的护理

目的探讨急性肾衰患儿血液透析的护理方法. 方法对35例年龄5个月至11岁的急性肾衰患儿,按小儿特点施行血液透析护理.结果 35例患儿顺利完成透析治疗,透析中无发生严重并发症,患儿症状明显改善,BUN、Cr显著下降,并逐渐恢复正常.结论准确掌握股静脉穿刺点,保持患儿安静与穿刺肢体固定,密切观察生命体征,调节血流量,控制抗凝剂用量,平衡超滤等是急性肾衰患儿血液透析治疗的有效护理措施.

Nursing Care of Children with Acute Renal Failure

Objective To inverstigate way of nursing care for children with acute renal failure undergoing dialysis. Method 35 children aged from 5 months to 11 years old with acute renal failure undergoing dialysis were nursed according to children's characteristice. Result All 35cases were completed dialysis successfully, no complication occurred and symptom improved, BUN, Cr decreased and then recovered normal gradually. Conclusion Mastering accurately the puncture points of femoral vein, keeping children calm and fixing the punctured limbs, observing intimately vital sign, redulating blood flow, controlling dosage of anticoagulant and ultrafiltering water properly were effective nursing way of children with acute renal failure undergoing dialysis.
