| 摘 要： | 目的：建立一种简便可靠的兔肾移植模型。方法：用新西兰白兔作为供体和受体。供受体腹主动脉和下腔静脉分别行端一侧吻合；输尿管带膀胱瓣与膀胱吻合。结果：新西兰白兔肾移植模型稳定；肾移植组兔术后第2天起，血清肌酐浓度（SCr）迅速上升，从术前（179．76±28．36）μmol／L上升到术后的（693．55±36．49）μmol／L，而对照组血清肌酐浓度较稳定；一般情况观察和移植肾外观形态检查均出现典型急排反应。结论：新西兰白兔肾移植模型制作简便、可靠，可用于移植免疫学研究。
