摘    要:测量了采用等离子喷涂工艺制备的ZrO2/NiCrAl系功能梯度材料水平面与垂直面的分形维数,探索了整个等离子喷涂过程计算机模拟与分形表征之间的关系,初步建立了该材料分形维数与宏观性能之间的定量关系.结果表明,随NiCrAl含量的升高,分形维数呈曲线变化,分形维数与抗弯强度具有较好的对应关系;在NiCrAl为20%~40%附近存在渗流区域,抗弯强度出现突变.

Abstract:Fractal dimension(D f) of ZrO 2/NiCrAl functionally gradient material(FGM), which was prepared by plasma-spray technology, was measured and the relation between numerical modeling of spraying process and fractal dimension was explored. The relationship between fractal dimension and maroscopical properties was established. The results show that D f displays curvilinear variety with the increment of NiCrAl content and it was found there was a good corresponding relation between them. When NiCrAl content increased from 20% to 40%, the result showed that there was percolation phenomenon, and mechanics shows obvious augment.
