支持性团体治疗对首发精神分裂症患者自知力恢复的观察

目的观察支持性团体治疗促进首发精神分裂症患者自知力恢复的效果。方法将100例首发精神分裂症患者按入院顺序分观察组、对照组各50例。两组均接受抗精神病药物治疗和常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上给予支持性团体治疗。采用自知力与治疗态度问卷及社会功能评定量表对两组患者在治疗前及治疗8周后进行测评。结果两组治疗前自知力、治疗态度及社会功能评分比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗8周后,两组均有明显改善,与治疗前比较有非常显著性差异(P0.01),但观察组自知力、治疗态度及社会功能评分改善优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论支持性团体治疗有助于首发精神分裂症患者恢复自知力、改善社会功能。

Observation on insight recovery for first episode schizophrenia patients by supportive group treatment

Objective To study the effect of supportive group treatment on improving insight recovery for first episode schizophrenia patients.Method Divide 100 first episode schizophrenia patients into observation group and control group equally according to hospitalizing order.Patients in both two groups receive antipsychotic treatment and routine health education.Patients in observation group receive supportive group treatment based on it.Assess patients in two groups by Insight Treatment Attitude Questionnaire（ITAQ） and scale of social function for psychosis patients（SSPI） 8 weeks before and after treatment.Result There is no significant difference on insight,treatment attitude and social function before treatment between two groups（P〈0.05）.There is significant difference for two groups before and 8 weeks after treatment（P〈0.01）.Improvement of insight treatment attitude and social function score 8 weeks after treatment of observation group is higher than the score of control group.The difference is significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Supportive group treatment can improve insight recovery and social function for first episode schizophrenia patients.
