固肾益精汤治疗肾阳虚型原发性骨质疏松症的临床观察

目的:观察固肾益精汤治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将肾阳虚原发性骨质疏松症患者分为治疗组(39例,服用固肾益精汤)和对照组(41例,口服钙尔奇D),治疗时间为6个月。治疗前后记录患者中医临床症状积分、血清钙、磷和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)及尿Ca/Cr的含量,并观察骨密度的改变和进行疗效判定。结果:治疗组临床疗效和骨密度、骨代谢指标及症状、体征方面较对照组均有明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:固肾益精汤能增加骨密度,改善骨代谢,治疗原发性骨质疏松症疗效确切。

Clinical study of Gushenyijingtang(GSYJT) on the Treatment of Primary Osteoporosis of Deficiency in Kidney yang

Objective:To explore the effects of Gushenyijingtang(GSYJT)on primary Osteoporosis.Methods:Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty-nine patients in the treated group took GSYJT,while 40 patients in the control group took Caltrate-D tablets with a course of 6 months.Each case was taken the test of calcium and phosphor of blood,examination of serum alkaline phosphatase and UCa/cr,examination of bone mineral density(BMD)of lumbar2-4.The scores of symptom of kidney yang deficiency,AKP and calcium and phosphor of blood,UCa/cr and BMD were recorded before and after the therapeutic course.The curative effect of GSYJT was judged mostly by the changes of BMD and the scores of symptom of TCM.Results:The BMD of lumbar2-4 have increased significantly in the treatment group,while significant difference was found in both two groups(P<0.05).The treated group excelled the Caltrate-D group in promoting the scores of symptom of kidney yang deficiency.The changes in UCa/cr,calcium of blood and AKP have distinct difference between both two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:GSYJT can increase BMD,improve the bone metabolism and effectively cure primary osteoporosis.
