不同浓度一氧化碳对大鼠脂质过氧化及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的影响

摘    要:不同浓度一氧化碳对大鼠脂质过氧化及各胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的影响研究结果表明:大鼠在500mg/m3CO染毒下,第20天血液中的脂质过氧化物及第30天心脏组织的脂质过氧化物均明显升高,而50、25mg/m3CO染毒则未见上述变化。但自25mg/m3浓度开始,GSH-Px活性即发生明显变化。提示CO能诱发自由基导致脂质过氧化;也说明GSH-Px是CO对机体影响的早期敏感指标之一。本研究可为室内CO卫生标准的制订提供部分新的资料。

Abstract:In this paper,we observed the effects of CO at low concentration on lipid peroxidation and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px).The results showed that the lipid peroxide (MDA)in plasma increased significantly when rats exposed to 500mg/m3 CO for 20 days and so was in its heart tissue for 30 days,the changes mentioned above for 50,25mg/m3 CO were not observed,but 25 mg/m3 CO caused the changes of GSH-Px. These results indicated that CO can induce free radical,then form lipid peroxide;and suggested that GSH-Px was a early sensitive index about the effects of CO. The results could be used ad the new evidence in setting up indoor air CO criterion.
