| 摘 要： | 目的:观察炎琥宁、西米替丁联合治疗小儿手足口病的疗效.方法:86例患儿随机分为两组,对照组42例给予炎琥宁10 ms/(ks·d)静脉滴注;治疗组44例在用炎琥宁基础上加用西米替丁10～20 ms/(ks·d)静脉滴注,疗程3～5 d.结果:治疗组退热时间、咽痛消失时间、皮疹消失时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).治疗组总有效率97.7%,对照组总有效率81.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:炎琥宁、西米替丁联合治疗小儿手足口病疗效确切,未见明显不良反应.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of dehydroandrographolide succinate and cimetidine on children with hand,foot and mouth disease.
