超敏C反应蛋白检测在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床意义

摘    要:目的:观察血清超敏C反应蛋白(HSCRP)在慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)急性加重期和治疗稳定后的浓度变化,探讨血清HSCRP检测在慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期的临床意义。方法:应用免疫透射比浊法对98例COPD急性加重期患者在入院治疗前和治疗病情缓解后进行血清HSCRP浓度检测并与40例正常对照组进行比较。结果:COPD急性加重期患者在入院治疗前、治疗病情缓解后及正常对照组HSCRP水平分别为48.74±7.5、2.12±0.42和0.64±0.05(ug/ml),COPD急性加重期患者HSCRP水平明显高于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗稳定后HSCRP浓度与正常对照组相比,差异无统计学意义。结论:HSCRP检测可作为COPD急性加重期的诊断及严重度评估的一个灵敏指标。

Abstract:Objective To detect serum HSCRP in patients with COPD in acute exacerbation and in stationary phase after treatment so as to investigate the clinical significance of serum HSCRP in COPD Methods Serum HSCRP of 98 cases of acute exacerbation COPD patients with admitted to hospitals for treatment during before and after treatment and 40 cases of normal control was detected by immune transmission turbidimetry test;Serum HSCRP in cases of acute exacerbation COPD patients before and after treatment were compared with 40 cases of normal control respectively by t test.Results Serum HSCRP of 98 cases of acute exacerbation COPD patients with admitted to hospitals for treatment during before and after treatment and 40 cases of normal control were 48.74±7.5、2.12±0.42 和 0.64±0.05ug/ml respectively,Serum HSCRP of HSCRP in patients with COPD of acute exacerbation is significantly higher than the normal control group(P<0.01) and the level of HSCRP in patients with COPD of treatment stable is nearly normal(P<0.01).Conclusion HSCRP detection can be used as acute exacerbation of COPD diagnosis and severity assessment of sensitive indicators.
