调强适形放射治疗结合热疗治疗颈部转移肿瘤的疗效分析

目的观察调强适形放射治疗（IMRT）结合热疗治疗颈部转移性肿瘤的治疗效果。方法将选取的111例颈部转移肿瘤患者随机分为观察组（56例）和对照组（55例）。对照组患者采用IMRT，观察组患者采用IMRT＋热疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者鼻咽癌、食管癌、肺癌、口腔癌和喉癌的颈部转移癌的有效率分别为91．7％、87．5％、83．3％、100．0％和80．0％，对照组患者分别为45．5％、28．6％、28．6％、33．3％和33．3％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论调强适形放射治疗结合热疗治疗颈部转移肿瘤疗效好，对无法切除的颈部转移肿瘤是一种较好的治疗手段。

Efficacy of the cervical metastatic carcinoma treated by intensity modulated radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia

Objective To explore the effect of intensity modulated radiotherapy plus hyperthermia in the treatment of the cervical metastatic carcinoma. Methods 111 cases of the cervical metastatic carcinoma patients were randomly divided into observation group （56 cases ） and control group （55 cases ） . Control group received IMRT, while observation group IMRT plus hypcrthermia. Clinical effect were compared. Results Effective rates of observation group on cervical metastatic carcinoma whose primary lesion originated from nasopharyngeal carcinoma, esophageal carcinoma, lung carcinoma, oral carcinoma and laryngeal carcinoma were 91.7% ,87. 5% ,83. 3%, 100. 0% and 80. 0% respectively, and control group were 45. 5% ,28. 6% ,28.6% ,33. 3% and 33.3 respectively. The difference were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Intensity modulated radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia in the treatment of the cervical metastatic carcinoma has a good curative effect, for unresectable cervical metastatic carcinoma is a better treatment method.
