连续性护理支持对乳腺癌根治术患者的影响

目的探讨连续性护理支持对于乳腺癌根治术患者的影响。方法将2011年12月至2012年12月间收治的102例乳腺癌根治术者患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组51例。实验组者患采取连续性护理支持，对照组患者采取常规护理方法进行护理。实验期结束后，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者的轻度焦虑由22例上升为34例，中度焦虑由16例下降为12例，重度焦虑由13例下降为5例。对照组患者轻度焦虑由21例上升为27例，中度焦虑由27例下降为15例，重度焦虑由13例下降为9例。两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论相对于常规护理措施，连续性护理支持能够更加有效地促进乳腺癌根治术患者的术后恢复，改善患者的术后生活质量。

The continuous nursing support on patients with radical mastectomy for breast cancer

Objective To study the continuous care support for the influence of radical surgery in patients with breast cancer. Methods 102 breast cancer patients receiving radical mastectomy hospitalized from 2011 December to 2012 December were evenly randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The experimental group took continuous care support, and the control group conventional nursing care. The nursing effects were compared at the end of the experimental period. Results For experimental group,mild anxiety rose to 22 eases from 34 cases, moderate anxiety dropped to 12 cases from 16, severe anxiety to 5 eases from 13 cases. While for the control group,mild anxiety rose to 21 cases from 27 cases, moderate anxiety dropped to 15 cases from 27 cases,severe anxiety to 9 eases from 13 cases. The difference were significant. Conclusions Compared with routine nursing measures, the continuous nursing support can effectively promote postoperative recovery of the breast cancer patients receiving radical mastectomy and improve the life quality of patients after surgery.
