| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺癌中Galectin-3蛋白的表达情况及其与临床病理特征与分子亚型的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测标本中Galectin．3的表达水平。结果Galectin-3蛋白在乳腺癌组织中及淋巴结转移者中表达增高，且随着组织学分级、临床分期的升高而升高。其表达率在基底细胞亚型高于管腔A型，ER阴性组高于ER阳性组。结论Galectin．3蛋白参与乳腺癌的发生发展，通过检测有助于对乳腺癌预后及分子亚型的判断，为指导临床激素治疗提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study relationship between the expression of Galectin-3 protein in breast cancers and clinicopathological features as well as molecular subtypes. Methods Immunohistoehemical method was used to test the expression of Galeetin-3. Results The expression of Galectin-3 in breast cancer and patients with alymph node metastasis were high, and it went up with histological differentiation and clinical stage. The expression rate in thd basal-like was higher than that in luminal A type, and that in ER negative group was higher than ER positive group. Conclusions Galectin-3 involve in the development of breast cancer. It＇s test contribute to the judgment of prognosis and molecular subtypes and provide reference to clinical hormone treatment. |
