| 摘 要： | 许多病毒感染疾病不仅传染性强，流行广泛，且病死率高，大多数病毒对抗生素等西药不敏感，且后遗症较多，容易复发，外源性干扰素等能抑制病毒复制，提高机体细胞免疫功能，但费用昂贵，目前尚缺乏理想的抗病毒药物。而中医药临床防治病毒感染性疾病却显出可喜的一面，其毒副作用小，药源丰富，价格低廉，通过调节整体免疫功能抑制病毒复制，阻止病毒致细胞病变，改善临床症状等综合作用，使其近年来逐渐成为医学研究的热点。本文就2000年来中药防治病毒感染性疾病中，对中药抗病毒感染作用及其机理的实验研究和抗病毒感染临床应用等方面作一概述。 |

| Abstract: | Anti-virus diseases which are characteristic by strong infectivity,epidemic and higher mortality rate are not sensitive to west medicine and easy to leave side-effect.exterior Interferon can restrain virus to reproduce and advance body immunity ability. But the cost is too high to use widely.On the other hand,Traditional Chinese Medicine gradually becomes the medical researchful hotspot because of its abundant resource,reasonable price and dependable curative effect.Here are advances in experimental research of anti-virus diseases by traditional Chinese medicine since 2000. |
