| 摘 要： | 目的观察高位胸段硬膜外阻滞(TEA)对顽固性心绞痛患者(FAP)的治疗效果及其对内皮素(ET-1)的影响。方法选择药物不能控制的心绞痛患者20例接受TEA治疗。观察疗效并于TEA治疗前及TEA治疗后第14天检测血浆ET-1的变化。结果治疗后心绞痛缓解率100％，心电图ST段压低导联数和ST压低值显著减少(P＜0.05)，血浆ET-1显著下降(P＜0.01)。结论TEA对顽固性心绞痛疗效满意，并可能与血浆ET-1下降有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of endothelin 1 (ET 1) level before and after thoracic epidural anesthesia (TEA) in patients with refractory angina pecrtoris. Methods Twenty patients with refractory angina pertoris received TEA, ET 1 was tested before and two weeks after TEA respectively.Results Pain relief was 100% after TEA. The extent of ST segment depression and ST depression in all leads decreased significantly after TEA ( P <0.05). Also, the level of ET 1 reduced significantly ( P <0.01).Conclusion TEA may be used as a therapeutic for patients with refractory angina pectris which may be due to fall of ET 1 level. |
