摘    要:目的:运用中药谱动学研究方法对金银花、山银花的生物等效规律进行探索求证。方法:通过口服给药的方式,对3组SD大鼠分别给予金银花提取液、山银花提取液和水2 m L,分别于给药后0.25,0.5,1,1.5,2,3,4,6,8,12,24 h后取血,通过HPLC测定血样中药物的代谢指纹图谱,运用谱动学公式计算药物动力学参数与谱动学参数。结果:金银花谱动学总量零阶矩、整体药物代谢一阶矩、整体药物代谢二阶矩、指纹图谱特征峰总量一阶矩和指纹图谱特征峰总量二阶矩参数分别为1 621.014μg·min·L~(-1),12.632 min,34.717 min~2,16.088 min和16.626 min~2;山银花谱动学这些参数分别为1 769.339μg·min·L~(-1),13.308 min,38.929 min~2,16.569 min和17.391 min~2,两组数据经SPSS 17.0软件配对t检验,双侧P=0.352,说明两者的谱动学参数不具有统计学差异。结论:金(山)银花血药浓度随时间的变化规律基本上同步,金银花、山银花在体内代谢效应相同。
