摘    要:该文介绍了一种从银杏叶中提取黄酮苷类有效成分的改进方法。系采用脱脂棉吸附除去叶绿素以及纸浆共沉除去难于沉降的杂质。实验表明,此法能很好地除去叶绿素和其他脂溶性杂质,黄酮苷提取率为73%。

Abstract:The thesis described a improved method for extracting flavones glycosides from Ginkgo leaves. The method was used to remove chlorophyll and other aliphatics soluble impurity by using absorbent cotton absorption then cellulose pulp codeposition. The experimental result indicated the method was very effective, and the yield of flavone glycosides was 73%.
