| 摘 要： | 目的观察5个中药方剂对流感病毒亚甲型鼠肺适应株(FM_1)致小鼠肺部感染的保护作用。方法建立 FM_1感染小鼠肺炎模型,检测5个中药方剂对肺指数、肺内病毒活性、死亡率、生存时间等指标的影响。结果 5个中药方剂均能降低肺指数、降低肺组织内的病毒活性、降低死亡率及延长生存时间。结论5个中药方剂均有不同程度的抗病毒作用,其中1号方和2号方抗病毒作用优于3、4、5号方。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe 5 recipes on the prevention and treatment of FM_1 induced pulmonary infection.Methods FMt infected pulmonary mice model was set up to test 5 recipes on such indexes as pulmonary indexes,intrapulmonary vi- ral activity,death rate,survival time,etc.Results All the five recipes could lower the pulmonary indexes,lower the viral activity in pulmonary tissue,lower the death rate,prolong the survival time.Conclusion All the five recipes had anti-vi- ral function to different degrees,among which,the anti-viral effect of NO.1 and 2 were superior to that of No.3,4,5. |
