| 摘 要： | 目的：建立检测石蜡切片中幽门螺杆菌的PCR方法,明确复发性口腔溃疡患者口腔中是否存在幽门螺杆菌。方法：利用幽门螺杆菌保守的16SrRNA基因设计一对引物,通过PCR方法检测复发性口腔溃疡患者病理石蜡切片中的幽门螺杆菌,其中实验组复发性口腔溃疡者病理标本50例,对照组口腔外科手术标本20例。结果：PCR方法具有较好的特异性和敏感性,复发性口腔溃疡患者病理标本幽门螺杆菌DNA阳性率为42％（21／50）,对照组标本阳性率为5％（1／20）。结论：PCR方法能敏感检测口腔石蜡病理切片中的幽门螺杆菌。复发性口腔溃疡患者口腔中存在幽门螺杆菌。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the PCR method for detection of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) DNA in tissue embeded by paraffine and to investigate the relationship between Hp and recurrent oral ulcer (ROU).Methods Based on the conserved 16S rRNA gene of Hp,primers was designed and was applied to detect Hp DNA in tissue of ROU patients and normal controls.Results The positive rate of Hp DNA in diffirent populations was as follows:42%(21/50) in patients with ROU,5%(1/20) in control group.The specificity and sensitivity of the PCR method was good.Conclusions The PCR method can be applied to detect Hp DNA in tissue of patients with ROU. The ROU may be related to Hp infection. |
