大学生主观幸福感的调查分析

目的研究大学生自我和谐与总体幸福感状况以及两者之间的关系。方法采用总体幸福感量表（GWB）和自我和谐量表（SCCS）为工具,抽取某大学在校大学生300人作为被试者,收回有效问卷289份,男性130人,女性159人,年龄19~25岁,平均年龄为（22.1±2.21）岁。结果 289名大学生的总体幸福感（GWB）评分为62~105,平均分为78.16±10.78,比较性别、文理科、是否独生、城乡等未见差异,幸福感总分与自我和谐量表评分有一定程度的相关（r=0.36,P〈0.05）。结论说明大学生的总体幸福感水平处于中等偏上,对当前生活还是比较满意。

Survey of college students' subjective well-being

Objective To find out the situation of self consistency and congruence and general well-being of college students,as well as the relationship between them.Method By using General Well-being（GWB）and Self Consistency and Congruence（SCSS）,300 college students were tested,289 valid questionaries were collected including 130 males and 159 females aged 19-25 years old,average 22.1±2.21 years old.Result The average score of GWB was 78.16±10.78（range 62 to 105）,Comparing gender,science or liberal arts,whether the only-one child and urban or rural areas,there were no difference;scores of general well-being were correlated with self consistency and congruence（r=0.36,P0.05）.Conclusion The general well-being sense of college students are above average.They are pleased with their condition of life.
