稳心颗粒治疗冠心病室性早搏的疗效观察

目的:评价稳心颗粒对冠心病合并室性早搏的疗效;方法:制定稳心颗粒与慢心律方案,对60例冠心病并发室性早搏患者随机分组观察慢心律与稳心颗粒组的临床疗效,旨在进一步评价稳心颗粒治疗室性期前收缩的疗效及安全性。结果:症状改善情况:对照组显效率46.7%,总有效率73.3%;治疗组显效率63.3%,总有效率93.3%,组间治疗效果差异有显著性(P0.05)动态心电图改善情况:对照组显效率30%,总有效率83.3%;治疗组显效率33.3%,总有效率86.7%,组间治疗效果差异无显著性(P0.05),未见显著不良反应。结论:治疗组优于对照组。稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并室性早搏者疗效略优于慢心律,且无不良反应,安全性好。
