使用“三卡一表”做好院外母乳喂养访视工作的做法和体会

庐江县妇幼保健所在反复实践、总结经验基础上,编制了母乳喂养联系卡,一式三联即“三卡”,产后母婴 访视表。通过实践,解决了医院与保健部门衔接问题,使出院产妇得到支持组织的帮助,全县产后访视及时率由原来的 ３０％提高到９０％。

The breast-feeding contact card were worked out on the basis of the repeating practice and generalized experience, which was the uniformity trilink (3 Cards), the table of mother-infant visitation and inspection after delivering. By the practice, the join question between the hospital and health department had been resolved. The puerpers after leaving hospital could receive the help of the suspensory organizing. The rate of visiting and inspecting betimes after delivering in the whole county increased from 30% to 90%.
