摘    要:
用核磁共振谱(~1H-NMR)对庆大霉素(GTM)的主要组分C_1和C_2的百分含量进行了测定,用预饱和抑制水峰谱与GTM原料药的常规谱进行了比较,并对7个厂家的GTM注射液进行了测定分析.结果表明,用抑制水峰法测定GTM注射液中主要组分的含量,简单可行.7个厂家的GTM注射液产品质量亦有差别.提示GTM的组分测定有助于其质量分析和指导临床用药.

Abstract:
The main constituents C_1 and C_2 of Gentaminycin (GTM) were evaluated in per centage by nuclear magnetic resonance ( NMR ) spectrometry and comparison of pre - sa - turation water suppression with routine spectrometry of GTM matetrial drug was made to evaluate and analyse the GTM injections produced by 7 different factories. The results showed that the evaluation of the contents of the main constituents of GTM injections by pre-saturation water suppression method is simple and feasible and that GTM injections from 7 factories are different in quality. The study suggests that the evaluation is helpful in ascertaining the quality of the drug and guiding its use clinically.
