Introduction Malignant ovarian germ cell tumors (MOGCTs) are highly chemosensitive tumors most commonly found in adolescent girls and young women. However, patients with advanced disease can now be successfully cured with fertility-sparing surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy, resulting in childbearing. |
