羊胚胎盘肽的制备及活性测定

摘    要:[目的]探讨羊胚胎盘肽的提取方法及生物活性.[方法]分别采用透析法和超滤法提取羊胚胎盘肽,采用T淋巴细胞转化试验检测羊胚胎盘肽的活性,并进行比较分析.[结果]羊胚胎盘肽是一种小分子多肽,超滤法提取液的T淋巴细胞转化率明显高于透析法提取液.[结论]超滤法制备的羊胚胎盘肽溶液的多肽含量及生物活性优于透析法.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study preparation method and to test biological activity of sheep placenta peptide. METHODS Dialysis method and ultra filter method were used to abstract sheep placenta peptide. T lymphocyte transformation test was used to assess the biological activity of sheep placenta peptide. RESULTS The sheep placenta peptide was a set of small chain polypeptides. T Lymphocyte transformation rate by ultra filter method was high than that by dialysis method. CONCLUSION The polypeptides and biological activity of sheep placenta peptide repared by ultra filter method were superior to those of dialysis method.
