抗感增免散与穴位熏蒸治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染60例临床观察

摘    要:目的观察抗感增免散与穴位熏蒸治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)的疗效。方法选择2008年1月~2010年5月符合诊断标准的RRTI门诊病例120例患儿,随机分为两组。治疗组采用自拟抗感增免散和中药液与穴位熏蒸治疗,对照组采用口服胸腺肽肠溶片。结果治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率73.3%。其差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论自拟抗感增免散和中药液与穴位熏蒸治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of anti-cold immunity-strengthening san and herbal acupuncture fumigation and steaming for children recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods Selected 120 outpatient cases with diagnosis standard RRTI from January 2008 to Aμgust 2010,and divided into two groups at random.The treatment group were given the anti-cold immunity-strengthening san written by myself and received herbal acupuncture fumigation and steaming for recurrent respiratory tract infection;and the control group were administered the thymus peptide enteric-coated tables orally.Result Total effective rate of treatment group was 95%,the control group was 73.3%.The difference had statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion The anti-cold immunity-strengthening san and herbal acupuncture fumigation and steaming present evident clinic efficacy in treatment of children recurrent respiratory tract infection.
