绝经后附件肿物的临床诊断与治疗

目的探讨绝经后附件肿块早期诊断及治疗方法。方法 187例绝经后附件肿物患者术前均行B超检查、CA125检测,手术标本均送病理,以确诊其性质。结果 180例患者术前测定血清CA125（临界值35U/ml）,结合B超诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤的特异性为91.2%。敏感性为88.6%,准确性为89.4%。结论 B超结合CA125可作为绝经后卵巢恶性肿瘤早期诊断的方法,绝经后附件肿物恶性率高,尤其是双侧、实性、囊实性或囊性多房者,应尽早采取手术治疗。

Clinical Analysis of 187 Cases of Annex tumor of postmenopausal

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of Annex tumor of postmenopausal.Methods 187 cases of Annex tumor of postmenopausal were analyzed retrospectively.Results The specificity that patients who were diagnosed of ovarian cancer is account for 91.2%.Sensitivity is account for 88.6%,accuracy is account for 89.4%.Conclusions Uhrasonography and CAl25 can be used as method of early diagnosis of ovarian cancer,annex tumor of postmenopausal has a high proportion of malignant tumor,and should be taken to surgery as soon as possible.
