血清糖类抗原125、糖类抗原72-4和糖类抗原19-9联合检测对卵巢癌的诊断价值

摘    要:目的探讨联合检测血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原72-4(CA72-4)和糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)对卵巢癌的临床应用价值。方法采用电化学发光法测定卵巢癌患者68例,卵巢良性肿瘤58例及80例健康女性体检者血清。结果卵巢癌组CA125、CA72-4和CA19-9水平和敏感性显著高于卵巢良性肿瘤组和正常对照组(p〈0.01),CA125、CA72-4和CA19-9敏感性分别为79.3%、65.5%、44.8%,联合检测CA125和CA72-4的敏感性为86.2%;联合检测CA125和CA19-9的敏感性为81.0%,联合检测CA125、CA72-4和CA19-9的敏感性达到91.4%。结论血清CA125、CA72-4和CA19-9联合检测对卵巢癌的诊断有重要的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of combined detection of serum CA125,CA72-4 and CA19-9 in the dingnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods Serum levels of CA125,CA72-4 and CA19-9 in 68 patients with ovarian cancer,58 patients with benign ovarian tumor and 80 healthy women for control were measured by Elctrochemillum immunoassay(ECLIA).Results The serum levels of CA125,CA72-4 and CA19-9 in patients with ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in patients with benign ovarian tumor and normal control groups(p 0.01).The sensitivity of CA125,CA72-4 and CA19-9 were respectively 79.3 %,65.5 % and 44.8 %.The sensitivity of combined detection of CA125 and CA72-4 was 86.2%,and the sensitivity of combined detection of CA125 and CA19-9 was 81.0%.The sensitivity of combined detection of CA125,CA72-4 and CA19-9 was 91.4%.Conclusion The Clinical value of combined detection of serum CA125,CA72-4 and CA19-9 is clinically in the dingnosis of ovarian cancer.
