摘    要:
目的了解复发性阿带他溃疡(RAU)患者溃疡期和间歇期唾液中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)质量浓度的差异,并探讨其在RAU发生及愈合中的作用。方法选择30例轻型RAU患者分别在溃疡期和间歇期(溃疡愈合后1周内)采集其唾液,同期选择30例健康成人采集其唾液,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测三组唾液样本中HGF的质量浓度。结果RAU患者溃疡期唾液HGF质量浓度低于间歇期和对照纽(F=12.63,P〈0.01),间歇期唾液HGF质量浓度高于对照组(LSD-t检验P〈0.05)。结论RAU的发生可能与唾液中HGF质量浓度降低有关,其自愈可能与HGF浓度升高有关。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate relationship between recurrent aphthous ulcer and hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) in saliva by examining the concentration changes of HGF in saliva of recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU) patients during the ulcerous and interval period. Methods HGF levels in saliva samples from 30 RAU patients not only during ulcerous period but also interval period and 30 normal persons were studied by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). All the 30 patients were minor aphthous ulcers and their ulcers occurred less than four days and the interval period was restricted in a week after ulcer healing. All patients and normal persons were selected seriously under the rule of physical situations without any other diseases or history of using medicines. Results The concentration of HGF in saliva of RAU in ulcerous period was lower than that in interval period and control with significant differences(F=12.63, P〈0.01). The concentration of HGF in saliva of RAU in interval period was higher than that in control with LSD-t test resulting in P〈0.05. Conclusion It suggested that the occurrence of ulcer in RAU patients may relate with the decreasing of HGF in saliva and that the increased concentration of HGF in saliva might play a role in accelerating ulcer healing.
