超声诊断急腹症的价值

目的探讨超声检查对急腹症的诊断价值。方法回顾分析经超声诊断的187例急腹症影像资料,并与手术病理及临床随访结果进行对照。结果 179例直接显示病因病变而作出病因诊断,诊断符合率达95.7%（179/187）,8例未显示病变占4.3%（8/187）。结论超声对急腹症的病因诊断、病变部位的判定及鉴别诊断有很大意义,是临床医师诊断急腹症的首选检查方法。

Ultrasound Diagnosis on Acute Abdominal Syndrome

Objective To discuse ultrasound diagnosis on acute abdominal syndrome （AAS）. Methods Retrosspectively analyzed the imag datas of 187 case of AAS and contrasted with the surgical pathology and clinical follow-up. Result The etiology of AAS in 179 cases was diagnosed on ultrasound, the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography was 95.7%（179/187）, 8 cases were not displayed on ultrasound （8/187）. Conclusion Ultrasound is great significance in diagnosis of etiological and different lesions, ultrasound is the preferred check methods with clinicians diagnosing AAS.
