腺苷脱氨酶对肝脏疾病的诊断价值

目的研究腺苷脱氨酶在肝脏疾病中的诊断价值。方法研究62例肝病患者组及41例正常对照组血清ADA和ALT测定结果。结果慢性肝炎、急性肝炎、肝硬化及肝癌患者血清ADA活性明显增高,与正常组比较有统计学意义。结论 ADA是反映肝脏损害尤其是肝脏慢性病变的一个良好指标,有助于肝脏疾病的鉴别及诊断。

Diagnosis value of adenosine deaminase for liver diseases

Objective Study the relationship of adenosine deaminase and diagnose of liver disease. Methods Based on the research of the ADAALT testing result of 62 liver disease patient group cases and 41 matched group cases. Results In this study, the serum adenosine deaminase of chronic hepatitis, acute hepatitis, hepatic cirrhosis and hepatoma were remarkablely higher than the matched group, which has statistical value compared to matched group. Conclusion ADA was an useful index for reflecting chronic liver damage, and has certain diagnostic value for differentiating liver diseases.
