E-cadherin和Ezrin在大肠癌组织中的表达及意义

目的探讨E-cadherin和Ezrin在大肠癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测62例大肠癌及癌旁正常大肠组织中E-cadherin和Ezrin的表达。结果①E-cadherin在大肠癌中表达阳性率为59.68%,低于在癌旁正常大肠组织中的表达阳性率90.32%(P0.05),Ezrin在大肠癌中表达阳性率为74.19%,高于在癌旁正常大肠组织中的表达阳性率16.13%(P0.05)。②E-cadherin和Ezrin的表达均与大肠癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移相关(P0.05),Ezrin的表达还与大肠癌的分化程度相关(P0.05)。③大肠癌中E-cadherin与Ezrin的表达呈负相关(r=-0.26,P0.05)。结论E-cadherin和Ezrin与胃癌的发生、发展有关,并且在大肠癌的侵袭和转移中起重要作用,联合检测E-cadherin和Ezrin可作为判断大肠癌预后的重要指标。

Expression and clinical significance of E-cadherin and Ezrin in colorectal cancer

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of E-cadherin and Ezfin in colorectal cancer. Methotis The expression of E-cadhefin and Ezrin were detected by immanohistochemical staining（ streptavidine-peroxidase method）in 62 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 62 cases of adjacent normal colorectal mucosa. Results （1）The expression rate of E-cadherin in colorectal carcinoma was significantly lower than that in adjacent normal colorectal mucosa（59.68% Vs 90.32%, P 〈 0.05）. The expression rate of Ezrin in eolorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal colorectal mucosa（74.19% Vs 16.13%, P 〈 0.05）.（2）E-cadherin and Ezrin expression were associated with invaded depth and lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0. 05）. Ezrin expression was associated with cell differentiation（ P 〈 0.05）. （3）The expressions of E-cadherin and Ezrin were negative related in the colorectal cancer（ r = - 0.26, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion E-cadherin and Ezrin were associated with the tumorigenesis and development of the colorectal cancer,And play an important role in invasion and metastasis of the colorectal cancer. Combined detection of the expression of E-cadherin and Ezrin in the colorectal cancer might served as important prognostic predictors.
