| 摘 要： | 目的探讨降压治疗对高血压病患者中外周血淋巴细胞的端粒酶活性的影响. 方法采用聚合酶链反应-酶联免疫吸附(PCR-ELISA)方法测定91例高血压病患者和43例血压正常者外周血淋巴细胞端粒酶活性. 结果未服用降压药组、长期不规则服用降压药组端粒酶活性均比对照组高(P＜0.05),长期规则服用降压药组端粒酶活性与对照组比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05). 结论规则的降压治疗可使外周血淋巴细胞端粒酶活性降低. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the telomerase activity of peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with essential hypertension after antihypertensive treatment. Methods The telomerase activity of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 91 hypertensives and 43 normotensives was measured with Telomerase PCR-ELISA assay. Results Telomerase activity of peripheral blood lymphocytes was increased obviously in group with no-antihypertensive treatment,no-regular antihypertensive treatment and the control group(P<0.05).Telomerase activity was upregulated to the same level in group with regular antihypertensive treatment and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The telomerase activity was decreased after antihypertensive treatment. |
