摘    要:目的观察早期康复护理干预在重症脑卒中患者护理服务中的效果。方法将2009年9月--2011年4月收治的30例脑卒中患者作为对照组,2011年5月--2012年12月进行早期康复护理的31例脑卒中患者作为观察组,比较2组患者日常生活能力恢复情况及患者、家属对护理服务的满意度。结果观察组患者ADL评分显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),观察组患者及家属对护理工作的满意度与对照组比较有统计学差异(P〈O.01)。结论开展早期康复护理干预能明显改善患者ADL的能力,同时能提高患者及家属对护理工作的满意度。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the treatment of patients with severe stroke. Methods 30 severe stroke patients collected from September 2009 to April 2011 were designed as control group, and 31 severe stroke patients col- lected from May 2011 to December 2012 were designed as observation group and treated with early rehabilitation nursing. Recovery situation of activities of daily living (ADL) and satisfactory degree toward nursing in patient and family members were compared between two groups. Results ADL score in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.01), and the satisfactory degree toward nursing in patients and their family members was significantly higher than the control group as well (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Implementation of early rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly promote the patients' ADL abilities and improve the satisfac- tory degree toward nursing in patients and their family members.
